We ensure that all orders are shipped using reliable domestic courier services or India Post.

Dispatch Time:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Charges

Within Tamil Nadu: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies.
Other States: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies.

Delivery Timelines Estimated delivery time is as follows:

Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 working days
Other States: 5-10 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are subject to the policies of the respective courier company or postal service. Penqueen is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal authorities but guarantees dispatch within the promised 1-4 working days.

Address & Confirmation

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delays in delivery. You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations, Return & Exchange Policy

What is the cancellation, return & exchange policy?

⚠️WE DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY. ONLY EXCHANGES ALLOWED.

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at penqueenleggings@gmail.com. Please note that the product you need to exchange will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After we receive your returned product & it passes our quality check, we’ll send your desirable product of exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To escalate the issue we strictly need a 360° ANGLED, UNCUT, UNEDITED PARCEL OPENING VIDEO PROOF TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Used/Washed/Tag less items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
